Ashby Avenue
The family at Ashby Avenue in Auckland were looking for a full renovation of their existing 3 bedroom house. They wanted a new kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry, and a more modern, open plan living area.
Paritai Drive
This existing 2 story double skin brick circa 1930’s Federal style residence in Orakei was in need of a full refurbishment.
The challenge was to keep the timeless 1930’s style whilst adding modern elements and retaining the original architecture
